Depending on the size and age of your home will determine how long it will take to inspect. A regular sized 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home will take up to 2-4 hours.

Costs vary due to size, age and condition.. we will ask you a series of questions to determine your cost.

When Will We Know The Results?

You will get a hard copy before the inspector leaves. They will be able to print off a copy of the report and hand it to you. We also offer a cyber report that we can email you and your Realtor, upon request.
